Booking and Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change and unexpected circumstances arise. However, late cancellations,
rescheduling and missed appointments or classes have a significant impact on our practitioners and the running of
the Centre.
48 Hours' Notice
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at 100% of the appointment
fee.
Where payment has already been taken in advance, no refund will be issued for cancellations or rescheduling made
within the 48-hour cancellation period.
Missed Appointments
If you do not attend your appointment and have not cancelled within the required notice period, the full
appointment fee will be charged. Any payment already made will not be refunded.
Why We Have This Policy
We appreciate that unexpected things can happen at the last minute. Unfortunately, when an appointment is
cancelled or moved at short notice, we are very unlikely to be able to offer that appointment to another client.
Our practitioners at Nourish are self-employed professionals. A late cancellation, reschedule or non-attendance
means that the practitioner does not receive the income from that appointment while still having to meet the costs
and overheads associated with providing their service.
The Centre also continues to incur its operating costs regardless of whether an appointment is attended.
For these reasons, our cancellation policy applies to all appointments and clients, and we kindly ask that you give us
as much notice as possible if you need to make a change.
