Booking and Cancellation Policy

At Nourish Holistic Wellbeing and Healing Centre we do our very best to be flexible and supportive while keeping things fair for all our clients and therapists.

  • Massage therapy appointments: To secure your booking, card details are taken when you book. Nothing is charged unless the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed completely. In those cases, the full appointment fee will be charged. You then pay for your treatment as normal on the day, by card or cash. 

  • Classes & workshops: These are paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable. 

We’ve introduced this policy because missed or late cancellations leave us unable to offer the space to someone else and can have a big impact on a small business. Thank you so much for your understanding and support — it helps us continue to be here for everyone who needs our services.
