At Nourish Holistic wellbeing and healing centre we do our very best to be flexible and supportive while keeping things fair for all our clients and this policy is available on the website and the booking system so when booking you accept the policy.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all clients.
Late cancellations and rescheduling can significantly impact our business, income, and the experience of other clients waiting for appointments. As such, we require a minimum 48 hours notice period for cancellations or changes to your booking.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we strive to maintain fairness to all clients.
Please consider this policy when planning your appointments. For online bookings where payment is taken upfront, should you cancel your appointment within 36 hours or without the agreed 48 hour notice you will be offered to transfer to another day and time or offered a credit note.
Please note under consumer law, we do not have to offer a automatic 14-day cooling-off period if the service is for a specific date, which all classes and appointments are.
