At Nourish Holistic Wellbeing and Healing centre we do our very best to be flexible and supportive while keeping things fair for all our clients and this policy is available on the website and the booking system so when booking you accept the policy.
We are committed to providing exceptional service and a welcoming environment for all clients.
Late cancellations and rescheduling can significantly impact our business, income, and the experience of other clients waiting for appointments. As such, we require a minimum 48 hours notice period for cancellations or changes to your booking.
While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we strive to maintain fairness to all clients.
Please consider this policy when planning your appointments.
For online bookings of appointments, classes, workshops and events booked for a specific date or time and paid for at time of booking: These are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Payments are therefore non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.” We offer either a credit to your account or an alternative treatment
