Like any technology used in business these days, there is a significant cost to us for this service, but we believe our clients want a quick and convenient way of booking and managing their appointments so we want to ensure you and us utilise this system well and get value for our money.

We want your booking experience to be stress-free, quick and easy, so please follow these simple steps to ensure everything is confirmed correctly and that we have the accurate information needed to keep you updated about your appointment:
✅ Check your junk or spam folder — sometimes confirmation emails can end up there.
✅ Add Vagaro to your email contacts to make sure future emails reach your inbox.
✅ Complete your profile after booking, either through the Vagaro App (available on Play Store and iOS) or by logging in with your email and password.
To save you waiting for a response when we are busy with clients, or needing to go back and forth with messages, we’ve given you the convenience of being able to move and manage your appointments yourself (in line with our booking and cancellation policy). Please use the Vagaro App or log in to your account to do this wherever possible, as messages and calls cannot be
answered while we are with clients.
