My treatment room is spacious, warm, and been created to be sensory, peaceful and a haven for the "you time" you so deserve.
I have invested a lot of time and thought into achieving all the needs of clients and will continually seek to do so.
Following the expansion of our Massage Therapy business, Nourish Holistic Therapy in September 2025 we now operate as a Holistic Wellbeing centre with many services currently running, including Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi, Cacao ceremonies, Sound healing, talks, educational workshops, craft workshops and we are expanding our services in 2026 further.
