Cupping Therapy

Used for a number of different approaches, from muscle pain, fascia and structural problems to general wellbeing, treatment of pain and improved range of motion.
A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means of heat or suction. This lifts the underlying soft tissue stretching the fascia thus creating a stretch effect. The cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes whilst localised healing takes place. They are also used to massage the areas being treated.
Cupping can affect the body up to 4 inches into tissues causing tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, help activate and clear the veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks and improve varicose veins. This makes cupping a good means of delivering deep tissue manipulation and is perfect for muscle tension and pain.

Reflexology is a complementary therapy widely accepted in the UK and recognised by the NHS, many GP's and hospices. It is totally safe for people of all ages, from babies to the elderly, for pregnant women and those undergoing chemotherapy.
Reflexology is a foot massage therapy whereby pressure is applied to reflex points in the feet. It is believed that these various reflex points are linked with other areas (or zones) of the body and that massaging these points can heal illness and improve the health of these areas.
As well as offering holistic health benefits, reflexology massage is also very relaxing and is frequently used to relieve tension and stress. Based on latest research conducted, reflexology seems to be effective in helping the body systems to return to its natural state.

Thai Reflexology Foot Massage

Auriculotherapy (Ear Seeding)
Ear seeds are small seeds used to stimulate pressure points in your ear. They’re a type of auriculotherapy, which refers to acupressure or acupuncture focused on the ear. They’re based on the same general principles as acupuncture. In traditional Chinese medicine (TCM), your health depends on the flow of qi (energy) in your body.
