​Having worked on mental health programmes, worked alongside occupational health teams advising on many aspects of mental health support in the workplace and spoken at many seminars ,summits and events regarding mental health in the workplace, the core of everything we do, now with our amazing new team, remains focused on going above and beyond for your holistic wellbeing.


I love running the business and love providing amazing massage treatments for clients too.

Gemma - Massage Therapist
My love and passion for Holistic Therapy came from my mum and dad telling me that I had healing hands when I was four and they would ask me to take their headaches away. I was a bit of a hippy growing up and loved meditating in a field, walking with bare feet and collecting crystals, shells and stones.

​After leaving college I was offered an office job in an insurance company and since then I have mainly been stuck in the corporate world doing jobs that I have no passion for, feeling unappreciated and tired.

In December 2023 I made an intuitive decision to step away from that world and focus on what I need and what my family needed.
 
Sharon and I have been friends for over ten years and I greatly admire Sharon for creating a business that not only aids the healing of peoples bodies but also their minds. 
 
It seemed like fate stepped in that I wanted to go back to a job that I loved and what I felt I had been born to do and Sharon at the same time was looking to expand her business and open it up to providing her clients with more treatments. 
 
So here we are, I cant wait to meet new and existing clients and join Sharon in providing professional treatments that promote well being, stress relief and healing.
 
Finally, I am a full member of The Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) which gives you assurance of my qualifications and service I provide. This also means I am fully insured, as well as being recognised by most health insurance providers meaning you may be able to claim the cost of your treatment back.

Specialising in Stress, Anxiety, Complex PTSD, and trauma, I match the right approach for your unique recovery journey.

I have 17 years experience, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with Hypnotherapy, Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing, Somatic Release Techniques, Psychodynamic and Ego State Hypnotherapy and Trauma Informed Reiki.

I am registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis, CNHC - Complementary Natural Healthcare Council, and the Reiki Federation.​​

​Chloe is an holistic therapist and eclectic witch with a profound love of nature and all living things.

Her therapeutic practice is deeply rooted in sacred ritual and ancient healing techniques that speak with the soul, not just body and mind.

Chloe has been an intuitive tarot reader, practicing witch, and astrologist for over 5 years and is so excited to be bringing guided clarity tarot readings to Nourish. These readings are delivered through a wellness lens, focusing on bringing you into alignment with your divine path, and highlighting any areas of your life that need attention.

Chloe is also a fully qualified and accredited aromatherapy massage therapist. So in addition to her guided clarity readings, Chloe will also be offering Sacred Ritual Spiritual Aromatherapy Massage sessions, that blend her holistic expertise with her own unique branch of magic.

Each healing session weaved with Chloe is entirely unique to you. They are essentially a spell, and you are the most sacred ingredient 🧡

Chloe uses magical tools, wisdom, and her connection to the elements as a way to help you understand patterns, unlock emotions, identify obstacles, heal pain points, and ultimately resume a path of clarity and enlightenment.

Chloe has recently embarked on another quest to become a reiki master, and she will be offering reiki as a service in spring 2026.

Jaz - APPI-trained Pilates Instructor
Hello, my name is Jasmine, I am known as Jaz. I am passionate about all things Pilates and enjoy seeing my clients reap the benefits from this simple yet affective form of exercise.

I have worked in the NHS as a MSK physiotherapy associate practitioner. I write and implement rehab exercises/program and classes. I enjoy working with people that have had barriers to exercise - from osteoarthritis, fibromyalgia, post surgery, and many more.

Lucy Jones is an award winning Registered Nutritionist, supporting women in perimenopause and menopause to optimise their health and wellbeing. She has supported countless women to improve their diets, manage health conditions, and lose unwanted weight – empowering them to feel confident and comfortable in their own bodies.

Lucy’s passion for evidence-based science, combined with her down-to-earth and compassionate approach, ensures her advice is always practical, realistic and tailored to each person. Emotional wellbeing sits at the heart of her work, so you’ll never be asked to do something that doesn’t feel right for you. 

Lucy has dedicated her career to women’s health. She’s worked at Harley Street at Home Menopause, Harley Street clinic Hormone Health, and has co-authored the Women’s Health Concern nutrition and exercise in menopause fact sheets. Lucy also spoken at national events, including those hosted by Wellbeing of Women, and has also delivered CPD training on menopause to various Nutritionists, Dietitians and Doctors. 

Although her expertise in menopause is extensive, Lucy also supports women at other life stages – as well as men – believing that everyone deserves access to clear, evidence-based nutrition guidance.

Jo - Reiki Master and 200-hour trained Yoga Teacher
​Hi I’m Jo and I love Reiki and Yoga, which I call JoGa: yoga my way. 
 
I became a Reiki Master in August 2019. In the 1920’s a Japanese Buddhist priest, Mikao 
Usui rediscovered an ancient way of channelling healing energy, which is now known as 
Reiki. Made up of two Japanese words – Rei meaning Higher Power and Ki meaning Life 
Force Energy - and is pronounced Ray-Key.  
 
Reiki is a safe, non-intrusive healing technique and is carried out by placing hands on or 
above the body as required. Reiki is holistic as it affects the mind, body and spirit, working 
on emotions and encouraging deep relaxation along with a sense of well-being. Some benefits 
include - 
  • Reducing stress 
  • Promoting relaxation 
  • Creating feelings of calm and peace 
  • Balancing mind, body and spirit 
 
I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, the yoga capital in India, in December 2019 
and started teaching online during the pandemic and in person whenever time allowed. 
 
Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical practice that has been around for years. Some benefits 
include - 
  • Improving flexibility, mobility and balance 
  • Building muscle strength 
  • Promoting calmness 
  • Perfecting correct posture, reducing injuries 
 
I encourage my JoGis to listen to their own bodies and by giving options for different asanas 
(poses) support them to go at their own pace to build up stamina and strength. 
 
‘Rest and Restore’ (restorative yoga) is deep relaxation, using props for support in different poses, and includes a Yoga Nidra (which in Sanskrit means sleep) We live in an over 
stimulated world so the need to reduce the heart rate and blood pressure is very important.  
 
I have an Open University ‘Open Degree’ in Mental Health and Sports and Fitness and have 
firsthand experience on how exercise can help our mind and body. Graduating at the age of 
60 shows that it is never too late. 
 
I am really excited and look forward to meeting you.
