We begin with a short, grounding, guided meditation to help you arrive fully in your body and in the present moment, before choosing some oracle cards that will allow us to set an intention for the session. A bespoke oil blend will be created in front of you, taking into consideration both the therapeutic and magical properties of the essential oils, along with scents that resonate with you, in order to enhance the healing powers of the session.

I will bless you and the oils with intention, before casting a sacred circle, and calling in the guidance of the goddess, your spirit team, and the elements, to protect you during and after treatment. With earthy healing music, and the added vibrations of lovingly chosen crystals, this treatment will ignite all of your senses. Gentle movements release tension, restore balance, improve internal flow, and encourage you to soften.

This treatment speaks to your mind, body, and soul, unlocking stagnant energy and emotions which can often contribute to physical and mental pain. It is normal to experience visions, colours, and waves of profound emotions (both positive and negative) during and after this treatment.  Whatever comes up for you is not wrong, it is your body's truth, and may need to be addressed in order for your intentions to manifest.

We'll close the session with some cleansing breaths, gratitude, gentle grounding, a discussion around anything you felt or want to discuss along with some aftercare advice. This session may leave you feeling emotional, relaxed, peaceful, more connected, clearer, and lighter overall in mind, body, and spirit.

Cupping Therapy
Used for a number of different approaches, from muscle pain, fascia and structural problems to general wellbeing, treatment of pain and improved range of motion.

A partial vacuum is created in cups placed on the skin by means of heat or suction. This lifts the underlying soft tissue stretching the fascia thus creating a stretch effect. The cup is left in place on the skin for a few minutes whilst localised healing takes place. They are also used to massage the areas being treated.

Cupping can affect the body up to 4 inches into tissues causing tissues to release toxins, activate the lymphatic system, help activate and clear the veins, arteries and capillaries, activate the skin, clear stretch marks and improve varicose veins. This makes cupping a good means of delivering deep tissue manipulation and is perfect for muscle tension and pain.

Further on from this there will be an opportunity to also join Somatic release workshops and “Unwind your mind” sessions too.

Somatic release works by helping people recognize and release the physical manifestations of stress and trauma. Not only this but these are fantastic for physical pain release so suitable for many of our clients with painful conditions and a great way to combine this with massage to manage pain.

​A set of two sessions which are 2½ hours each and will be held at our treatment rooms, both delivered by Alison and the investment for both sessions is £70.
You will be provided with everything needed and also water to keep you hydrated.
